Because each bow is handmade, we want you to love your order.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.
Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect.
Unused items in original condition may be eligible for exchange within 14 days; buyer covers return shipping unless we made a mistake.
